Before even reading your question, based on the title you selected for this thread:A negative HIV test 6 weeks after exposure (and yes, that includes a test done 1 day before 6 weeks) is proof you did not acquire HIV.Whatever other information you provide in your question is unlikely to change this judgment.
Now I will read your question.Guess what?No concern about HIV.There are hundreds of viruses that could cause the symptoms you describe, not just HIV.To the direct questions:
1) There is no difference in HIV seroconversion time in people with 'strong' versus 'weak' immune systems.
