With modern HIV tests, almost nobody has seroconversion delayed more than 6-8 weeks. No known medical conditions or medications delay seroconversion, including "prostatitis" or any STD (which I tend to doubt you had and which isn't an STD, but that's another story) and ciprofloxacin. Terminal cancer and similar dire illnesses might do it, as may potent chemotherapy -- but even those are theoretical, with few if any actual proved instances of actual occurrence.
