Chlamydia is rarely, if ever, transmitted orally, so I wouldn't worry about that, and the way you describe it sounds like a wet dream.
Chances of getting an std from oral sex are lower than if you had intercourse. You can get gonorrhea, NGU, syphilis, and genital herpes type 1, but the chances aren't that high.
For future reference, you can get genital herpes type 1, gonorrhea, syphilis and NGU from receiving oral sex.
Giving oral sex, you can get syphilis and gonorrhea in your throat.
Chances of this are much lower than if you had unprotected intercourse.
if a partner has oral herpes, you can contract that from oral sex. you won't contract their genital herpes from them performing oral on you.
you are incredibly unlikely to contract hiv from oral sex. your testing for hiv was done was too early as was your herpes testing.
it really doesn't sound like you contracted a std at all. we don't even recommend std testing without symptoms when oral sex is the only contact.
