一个理想的情况（几乎可以看成一个模型），跪求感染风险。。。

1体积新鲜发病期或急性期病人的血液注入40体积（200ml左右）凉的饮用水中（矿泉水，纯水或者茶叶饮料），30分钟后被健康人喝下，请问有无感染风险，需不需要检测？ 跪求专业解释。。。
这可能只是一个模型，实际情况可能会彼比此稍微好一些，这纯属生活中的意外。。。

我所遇到的情况跟medhelp上这个例子很像 甚至比她还严重 尽管大家可能认为这种情况“永远”不会出现……

Hey dear members, i am a women from Denmark who really needs help.
Some days ago i went to a party, at a friend who is HIV+ , he have told me before thats why i know it. At the party we get angry at each other, and begint to fight a bit, before the other stopt us, but thats normal. The thing that happends now is the problem, i got my glass with water when i went out to the WC,/Toilet i heard from someone that he had cut his finger and putted his blod into the water, but i didnt knew that then i drink the glass of water, but i noticed that the water had changed colour , but i would NEVER NEVER! in my mind think that he could do that to me, so my question is now:
What are my chances of contracting HIV or other thing by this accident? I had drinked the whole water before someone told me that he had done it?
What can i do?
Ps: i have influenza symptoms starting yest day.

几天以前我去了一个party，遇到一个hiv+的人，他之前告诉我他是阳性。在party上我们翻脸了，在别人劝架以前还打起来了，不过这还不算。后来发生的事情才是个问题。我打了一杯水，去上厕所，听到有人说那个hiv+的人将他的手指割破并且将血流入杯子里的水中。我不知道我什么时候开始喝那杯水的，但是我注意到水已经变色了。但我从来从来没有想过他会那么干！
所以我的问题是：我有多大几率感染hiv或者其他东西？在有人告诉我他这么干之前，我已经把所有水都喝了。我该怎么办？
PS：从昨天开始我出现了流感样的症状。

No possible way for HIV to be transmitted in that manner. （Teak）

他们均认为这样是没有风险的。

我想请问一下：他们的说法对么？ 是因为什么原因呢？
