HIV can be detected in several fluids and tissue of a person living with HIV. 第一点，主动、被动方都有可能通过KJ感染，但是罕见的方式；第二点，已有少数个例是通过主动KJ感染HIV；第三点，感染途径：如果给予KJ的人携带HIV，其嘴里的血液可能通过以下方式进入接受KJ的人：尿道口，阴道或子宫颈内壁，肛门内壁或者直接通过小切口或者溃疡进入身体。
