A person receiving oral sex is generally not at risk, because that person is coming into contact only with saliva. (There is a theoretical risk of transmission if the person performing oral sex had blood in her/his mouth.)
There are, however, a few documented cases where it appears that HIV was transmitted orally. These cases are all attributed to ejaculation in the mouth (i.e., exposure to semen, not exposure to vaginal fluid or pre-seminal fluid).

所以根据这段话，可以得出，只要对方未在你口中射精，你几乎是没有什么风险的。 两毫米以上的口腔伤口都会有风险，而且你想把这些风险原因具体量化是不现实的，因为每次性行为的情况不一样，如果存在风险因素，去检测排除才是硬道理。 没有射精在口中是不会有什么风险的。他的JJ只要不是在流血，你就没有风险。
不过对于射精前 JJ头分泌出的一些粘液是否导致传染，目前有争议。
