To the point...I cut my thumb, ascoop of skin cut off about 5mm long and 3mmwide. It bled and formed a scab. 24 hours later i fingered a CSW &received unprotected handjob, but am worried because i noticed that the scabhad a crack in it and i could see into the cut.
